i just got back my red after it was upgraded with the new sound board etc..
i used a 4 channel psc mixer with a shure sm 58 mic to test the sound .i sent 1khz tone to the camera. i can't mach the levels that i send from the mixer with the levels on the camera. i try to send line level and mic level and matched it in the camera's menu.
every time that i connect the mini xlr to the camera the camera is stuck and my 7" red monitor is painted blue and i have to disconnect it and reconnect it to get the normal display .
any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?
