RELEASED: Release Build 20 Firmware (v20.1.3)

We've been running 20.1.3 for 3 days now, and the only problem I have seen is "SATA error" during playback one time and during record one time. I changed the battery and restarted the camera and no more problems.

I have a small feature request:
To be able to route audio inputs to more them one audio track. Then you can have a hi gain on one channel and a low gain on the second channel as bakup.

..and I think Redalert is behaving wrong if you shoot using RAW view mode, and then make a adjustment in Redalert and then re-open same file, the adjustment is double applied.

Having great success with 20.1.3. Shot 5 cameras for 2 nights straight and only had a single issue with a single camera.

At the end of a 70 minute take (proxies definitely OFF) it just locked in POST for about 15 minutes, after which we had to cut the power to prepare for the next show.

We got everything except the last R3D, which is obviously corrupt, so it plays fine, just cuts off a few minutes early.

Is this more likely to be a drive issue or camera issue?

Everything else perfect so I'm extremely happy with the reliability.

The look, colours and image quality are georgious with the new build. Simply stunning. Yeah, one hickup with my camera on the shoot , but otherwise, as Jim said, smooth sailing and great footage.

Just looking at your camera from last night now Pawel, those Master Primes certainly sing!

Only lost the last couple of minutes of encore, but we have it from four other angles, plus the night before so we are well and truly covered.

If you turn off the "Make QT Proxies" option, that issue won't ever happen. Also, you may be able to recover those last few minutes using RedUndead.

It was turned off. Post should have taken a second or two. We are sending the log file to Stuart to have a look at.

Me too. Luckily it only happened once. For the second show we intentionanally shot for an extra 10 minutes after the end, so if the post issue happened again, and we lost the final R3D, it would be well after the end of the show. Was fine though, didn't happen again.
