I'll have a RED rocket Mac system for show and tells around LA for post houses, production companies, etc, that are interested in seeing it in action - you buy lunch and I'll show you REDrocket 4k playback and some crazy fast file renders on a single Mac tower :-)
If you are interested, send me an email - ted@red.com (don't PM me here, just send me an email)

Thanks Deanan .... very cool.
So Ted, next time you're in West Hollywood pop in and see us. You can show us yours and we'll show you ours .... we're just finishing grading a beautiful RED feature for the Toronto Film Festival .... doing a full 4k debayer to ProRes 4444 .... looks incredible .... really could have done with some help from RED Rocket!
GAIA is the movie, directed and shot by Jason Lehel .... here's the Press Release if you want to know more .... heavy mention of how wonderful the RED ONE is ... Jason loved it:

See you soon .... if you come by at 11ish we'll take you to lunch at Jones.

Is there a only a Dual Link HD-SDI out, or is there also a way to connect a single Link 4:2:2 HD SDI Monitor to it, we´re considering taking a Redrocket powered Mac on set, but don´t want to rent a expenisve 4:4:4 Monitor just for basic conversion and dailies stuff.
thanks
Manuel
I believe you can just use single link from one SDI.
Dont have RR yet so maybe a current owner can confirm.

Is there a way to output a windowed crop? In other words, a centre cropped 4k image, pixel for pixel to, say a 1080 monitor? Just for checking sharpness? I won't get to hook ours up until next week earliest, right now their boxes are burning a hole in the desk.
great :) I just ordered :)
