Relink (for those old Avid guys), or, in FCP lingo, Reconnect based on TC and Reel info only, to any material you have on your system. (avid style, but without the madness.)

I have NO idea how this relates to Clipfinder. I also do not know in exactly what RED workflow it'll fit in, but since there are so many problems with linking, it might help.
