Hi all. . .
Last year, when we shot the majority of our film on Build 15, our camera was clean as a whistle except in really poorly-lit areas.
This year, when using Build 18, it's noisy as heck. I mean, it looks like my old HVX-200. It doesn't matter how much exposure, either. If it isn't 100% blown, it's noisy.
The only differences between this year and last year are these:
1. New audio update versus original equipment
2. Shooting on drive versus shooting on cards
3. Build 18 versus Build 15
4. Birger mount versus dumb Nikon mount
That's it.
It's just ridiculously noisy. I can't stand it. I want my clean-as-a-whistle camera back again.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
