Malick called Jim up and told him it wasnt that big of a deal, and he should focus his efforts on Scarlet

YES!!!, THIS is why we jumped the line and have been slowly pairing down our RED ONE acks....

I had a feeling serving the faithful with EPIC X made the most sense... especially logistically speaking, with taking all those trade-ins.

I might have to day trade Fed Ex when RED announces EPIC is shipping.

EPIC X is the beginning. Monstro is a SENSOR ...
while still part of EPIC, that sensor is all about modularity.

Excellent, I will be there with the Hocus Focus remote follow focus, so will defiantly come and see this.

EPIC-X is the beginning of the EPIC/Scarlet lineup. Since it will be released 1st, it will get the historical attention. That's all I meant.

Easy to say that the RED ONE was the tipping point for this industry. As a camera collector, there is no question that these will be the most desirable objects to own from the RED program and will have the most value long term.

Totally agree with you Jim, btw, I always enjoy visiting artifact museums, and would love to see any shots of your camera collection :) as I imagine would be something else..
