Anyone else having this HUGE Redcine Problem for .R3Ds?

So most everything about RedCine works great for me on my laptop with the following specs:

2.0 Ghz Intel Dual Core
4 Gb RAM
32-bit Vista
5400rpm Harddrive
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series Graphics Card

The one problem is that the output in ANY wrapper or settings results in the attached image. The picture moves, it just.....does so in that strange output. Any ideas?

Yup,
my core 2 duo 6600 does the same thing I think its the ATI video card, i'm using the 3650. If someone could confirm this please.

I have the same problems with Vista 64bit and ATI Radeon 3470. Redcine currently doesn't play well with ATI graphics on PC's.
