FCP vs Color frozen clips

Hi.

I have a problem that occures on some clips in my timeline. Some clips freezes, so its just a still frame (not even a frame that should be in that clip). The problem comes after sending from FCP to Color. The timeline is ok in FCP but not in Color.

The whole timeline is ok in my ProRes cutting version. But when reconnecting the footage to the RED files and sending to Color its not ok.

Anyone had this problem and know how to get rid of it?

It's likely that those are spanned R3Ds. A simple fix. Go download Clipfinder (http://www.daun.ch/software/), open the application, go under "tools' and select "Fix looping bug". In the selection window select your Color project and it will run through the file and fix the proxy entries so that Color will properly display the spanned files.
