It will be hard to make it telescopic.
I think it should be like prime lens. Like a set of three rings.

How many millimeters is this Tube?

What is the thinnest you feel it could be made?

The thinnest PL tube I have seen is 25mm but I'd love a thinner one as well.

This one unit extends back working length of lens only for 9 millimeters.
I think it is the smallest distance which could be obtained in this form factor.

Would you consider making me a 9mm Pl tube (I would pay obviously)?

The shortest PL tubes I have perviously seen where 25mm which is good but not for what I want..
