it might be good to announce that lamebrain ins company so if we ever see a policy from them we can deny any rental...wait that sounds crazy they take his payment so indeed they carried a policy on the equipment and their client stole the equipment and now they reject the claim? wow...id get a lawyer on that asap

I've received a certified copy of the policy and I'm looking into the details. But this seems to be pretty much standard practice for most, if not all insurance companies. Just something to note for those unaware (like me).
