RED101 DVD Now Shipping!

Guys we are in the process of creating online files of the RED101 DVD for ordering. We will have a number of types, and will take special care to make Iphone versions for those of you that need that sort of thing.

I have no idea on costs yet, but I will keep you all informed.

We are in the process of getting the RED101DVD to be available for download. File formats will include a file for those of you who want to view the modules on your Iphone.

The reason we are doing this is to allow those people with shipping issues a way to avoid the problem, and a way to allow you to "take the modules with you" and use them on set.

Some have asked for discounts... The only discounts will be for those people who have already purchased a RED101 DVD.. They can get the files for $24.99 if they want them.

Will there be a release of an updated Red 101 DVD to include information about the Scarlet and Epic systems once they are released?

Yes.. There will be a new DVD for Epic, and the Fixed lens Scarlet.

Also we are under-goinig some major changes which will take place next week.

We will be rolling out the RED101 Electronic Files for Download. Cost will be the same as the DVD minus shipping. Plus we're adding a NEW item for the Online Customers:

RED101 DVD... ONLINE! We're re-making the DVD so that you can access the DVD via the web using your computer, Ipad, or Iphone. You will have one year of access to this for the cost of the DVD files. If you are already a customer, then you will be able to use this at a reduced rate (Not sure what this will be yet).

Hope to have all this tied up by next week.

Could you please confirm that the video Camera Basic > Linked Modules > Red Required Accessories (online) AccessoriesMasterCC-Desktop.m4v (7,2mb) stops at 43.th second ?

you said something like "There are 3 types..." and then it stops ?? Something wrong ??
