Are there any users out there doing any titling or retitling in Scratch for finishing coming from Final Cut Pro? I am wondering if there are any decent OFX plugins that provide this within the Scratch.
Thanks,
Dustin

I do the the titling as a composite (scaffold texture), so titles are rendered from FCP (8 or 10bit rgb, 8bit alpha files).
There is no actual text or titling in Scratch. For that I use & recommend After Effects.
As an aside, John just finished the color work on our film, "Works in Progress," and he did an amazing job. We edited the proxies in Final Cut and he corrected in Scratch.
The next thing we're heading toward visually is the credits. He has been very helpful in assisting us through the entire project and extremely patient with our (almost) total lack of knowledge as to what we were doing. I recommend him highly.

Could you tell me how do you transfer all the edited footage and files to scratch? Did you unplug the hard drive from Mac,then re-plug the hard drive to scratch under the PC? Or you have better way to transfer?
Cuz we faced a problem, all the external hard drives were formated under the mac, when we pluged the hard drive to Scratch, finshed the color correcting , then the mac won't read it. It's must be a wrong option.
We edit using proxy files, export an edl for Scratch, then mount the drives containing the .r3d files on the pc.
To mount a Mac HFS drive in windows you'll need to use Macdrive, purchase from mediafour.com.
Or, if you have an NTFS drive that you wish to read & write on the Mac you can use 3g or paragon (google 'ntfs osx').
Both softwares allow you to move drives from one system to the other and always be mountable.
Cheers,
JT
