    It will be manual.. we explored the motor driven option but the reliability and accuracy was a limiting factor, and the growth in mechanical size needed to facilitate was very unflattering..

    Manual and simple is good - less to go wrong. Can see that backlash would be easier to minimise with manual drive too. Hope we can dial in repeatable numerical scale settings...

    We know the pro module has full size BNC and XLR....so what is on the "base I/O Module"?

    Full size BNC, Mini-XLR plus Lens/RS232, Single Aux power/GPIO and timecode in/out.
