    Please HELP
I installed my REDRocket, it showed up in my PCI Cards fine, when I tried to open ROCKET CineX-build_1707 it said that the Firmware had to be updated, so I opened REDrocket_OSX-firmware_1.1.4.28 and started installing, and then suddenly my computer crashed. You know when the screen goes black and a sign comes up saying that you must restart the computer. So I did, now the REDRocket does not show up in my PCI Cards any more, and when I try re-installing the firmware it says that there is no REDRocket card present. I have tryed re-insatlling the Driver, it re-installs but REDRocket still does not come back. I am biting my finger nails here....what must I do? It was all going so well until it told me to update the firmware....PLEASE HELP

    Hi Antonio,

The crash in the middle of a firmware update probably corrupted the firmware.
Can you create an support ticket or email me (deanan - at - red) and we'll
help get it taken care of.
