from red to Vegas to scratch to film work flow

hi
i just finished shooting feature with red
now i got a call from the post house which is new in the field asking me about the work flow
they are going to edit in Sony Vegas then export to scratch for color correction and then get a print out?
my question is can some one explain me the work flow?
EDL?
EXPORT FROM VEGAS 2k OR 4k?
after finish on scratch how they export to the lab?(2k/4k or raw with meta data?)
i have no knowledge at all about this work flow so any tip will be big help

Or just find a post house, that has done RED workflow already. I didn't think there were anybody left in the post field, that hasn't done it yet...
