I'll just try to collect all these questions about the Scarlet here, because it is kind of difficult to filter them out of the according feedback thread:
1.) Where does the battery go on the Fixed Scarlet pack?
Jarred said, that they didn't decide what powering option they are going to include in the Fixed package. If I understood it right, there might be more powering modules in the future that were not talked about yet.
2.) What is the focal length of the 8x fixed lens?
We know the speed is going to be T2.6
3.) When will there be new information about the S35?
4.) When will you announce feature 21?
5.) What are the details for the mini-prime lenses (diameter, internal focussing)?
6.) Why is the Fixed brain longer than the Interchangable brain?
Answered below: The fixed lens needs more depth because of the lens.
7.) Will there be a specific order for the shipping of the individual Scarlets (Will anybody have a first call...)?
8.) When do you think you will be able to deliver them without backorder?
9.) Is there a recommendation for mounting an external mic?
10.) Will there be a package with a RedMote Pro instead of a normal RedMote?
11.) Is there going to be an anamorphic mode for the S35?
12.) What will be the estimated recording time on a 16GB CF-Card?
13.) Will 120fps recording be possible with the side-CF-module?
I little bit of reading between the lines has to been done here, so I might not be right. Jarred said that the CF-Cards won't do REDCODE 100 and that REDCODE 100 would be "useful" for overcranking. So it might be the case that to achieve full overcranking you would need the SSD module. Has to verified though.
14.) When will people have the opportunity to put down a deposit for the Scarlet (especially important for the Aussies among us)?
15.) What is the weight of the different modules and lenses, accessories?
