so i saw Sherlock Holmes again last night and this time I specifically looked for the intercuts of the Phantom and SI-2K with the film. While I could tell a difference I will say that it looked really really good. the intercuts were graded in a way that the transfer from film to digital seamed nearly seamless, with only somewhat trained eyes being able to differenciate between the two
