If you have a RPP set and get an 18mm, the set price is applied at invoicing.

I have a set of RPP 25 to 100mm. I have already paid for it. At the time of invoicing which was April 2009 the 18mm was not available so now when I ordered an 18mm the price is $4750.
Where is the $950 discount?
