Not only possible, but already there: Get the Leica-M mount and an adapter for Minolta MC/MD. Works fine for me. Just tighten it well, my adapter doesn't 'click' into the mount.

    Hi everybody,

It's been a long time since last update.
    New lens adapter is available.
    This is EF adapter.

It is designed for manual EF mount lenses.
Such as Zeiss CP lens and Samyang lens.
EF adapter is bolted on the lens.
The assemble method is to unscrew the screws on the lens's mount. Put on the adapter. And then screw back, and it's done. (You don't need to disassemble the lens mount)

    The price is $110 USD.
Except this adapter. In this week, there are 2 lenses will be available, 80-200mm T3 and 50mm T1.5.
