    Hi,
Just got a quick thing, I just want to understand this entirely cause I read bits and pieces but never quite understood the purpose of the mount,
Is it so you can mount PL Lenses, Canon Lenses, Nikon lenses or just plain any lens base that you have machined with a universal mount?

So all I would have to do if I bought a PL mount lens is slap on the A Star mount to the camera and screw on the adaptor to the PL Lens and its good to go and I can switch between Canon and Nikon lenses as well?

I have got that right yes? If not can someone correct my understanding please

You cant use Canon EF but the other lenses are fine with the appropriate A adapter for each type of mount, we do this every day. if your wanting Pl just put the PL adaptor on to the camera and your ready to go, takes less than 10 secs to fit. Its a great system.

One thing is to note is that PL adapter for A-mount stays on the A-mount when you use, then the Nikon adapter stays on the lens then the lens goes in to the A-mount directly.

Are the G lens adapters finished yet?

Tom: great news on getting approved for EPIC. Now that you have a new system for EPIC/Scarlet, can I ask you again to look at a Canon FD mount option. One vendor (Optitek) has announced an EPIC Canon FD mount on REDUSER. So, it is possible, the only questions is whether it can be designed into your Allstar system.

Also, your website still doesn't have a price for the EPIC mount, which makes it a bit difficult to order. What's the best way to order a complete system, including the PL, BNCR, and OCT19 mounts for an EPIC?

    Thanks, Mike

I concur...had to put together an order very quickly, and I have to say, considering he's half the world away and working to boot, he was very responsive via email and super quick to ship. I think I had my Allstar goodies in under 3 days (paid on Wednesday, came on Friday)...

For now, only using it with my Leica-R's, but glad I'll be able to work PL, Nikon & BNCR into the mix quickly.

    Thanks Tom!

Any update on the Nikon G lens adapters? Last I checked they didn't show up on the website... but that order chain is confusing so I may have missed it.
