question about white vertical lines on Red file images

Hi everyone, I've just joined and am hoping someone else might have experienced this problem and might have an idea on the cause or even better, a solution! I have a problem with some red file footage that seems to have light vertical streaks embedded throughout the image. These are really visible when the footage is lifted slightly when grading. Is this caused by a camera fault or camera operator eg ISO being set wrongly? The original images prior to grading were shot very dark.

Those lines are due to the camera overheating... regardless of your exposure, if you see those lines while working, you need to get the camera cooler. I know I'm not popular for writing about these sorts of issues in American Cinematographer, but this sort of post is exactly why I did.

Thanks Chris, I thought as much. Unfortunately I wasn't involved in the shoot and I'm not too familiar with the Red Camera anyway. I'm a colourist and this only came to light during the grade. I guess no one noticed it during the shoot.
Your absolutely right to highlight this issue so thanks again for your help.
