Monstro is a completely new chip and pixel design and the epic asic is already processing in 16bit to take advantage of Monstro's full latitude.

Or is it that you consider that the resolution would be too low on a S35 chip, given that the pixels are bigger than the ones on a MX sensor ?

I know that the 2/3"sensor is going to be the MX , but do you expect it to perform equally in lowlight as we have seen the MX under the same lighting with at the same t stop?

Also, the Mysterium and Mysterium-X both have the same size pixels (5.4 microns). Monstro has larger (6.0 micron) pixels as Nils mentioned above.
