The old Redcine has cool framing which is lacking in RedCine-X. We may need that feature back Red Team.

    What I meant by is,

When I set my project resolution and adjust the width and height and aspect ratio of final delivery, I can see the real time preview of my content as well as the out of frame areas, which is lacking in RedCine-X.
    Thanks

RCX is a complete rewrite so every feature has to be written from the ground up so it takes time. We have a request list with a couple hundred items on it...

    Thanks Deanan,

But the framing tool is so important for every project to implement. SO make it in priority.
    Thanks

Dont expect too much and expect only what is limited to color timing and not a compositing and animation tool.
    Thanks

So Deanan, Im here in Nicaragua trying to see where my frame guide's would be from when I shot the clips and there seems to be no way to see what I was framing off of in the viewfinder that carries over to the REDcine X. Is there an update that has this feature now? Im using Build 258.
