Wanted to buy a RED camera. Why rent your camera when you can make a substantial profit on its sale and still get what you would have earned in rentals over the next 6-12 months, by which time RED cameras won't be rarer? Let's do a deal whilst you have market forces in your favor. Immediate cash buyer. Will travel anywhere in the world to personally do the deal. Please - not interested in reservations. You must have a camera now. Genuine buyer.

Can't blame you for trying, but this is like trying to buy crack from a crackhead

    FYI, reservations are non-transferable.

I think he wants to buy one of the cameras that have shipped, not a reservation.

If I would have been smart or a gambler, I would have bought the first 50 and then sold them. But then again my 401k is in the negative.

I will take the safe route let everyone else try it first and them buy

I don't think you're likely to get a buyer in the first few hundred shipments, but by the time Red's 200-600 ship you could probably get one. I'm kicking myself that I didn't reserve 3, one to sell and two to keep!
