Has anyone seen this before, Wireless HD video?

I saw this and was wondering if any one has seen it before and has any idea of the cost?

Could you hook this upto a wireless access point and veiw remotely on say an Ipad?
It says the datarate is 32kbps to 8 mbps.
I wonder what the latency is.
If it works it seems like there could be lots of uses.
