Metafuse scan folders and transcoding issue

Hi Guys

We are trying to transcode R3D files for an offline avid edit, but when we scan foldersin metafuse it finds 309 clips, but when we tell it to transcode those clips it only does 271 and only 271 are listed in the transcoding pane.

Any suggestions? Corrupt red files?

Is your filetype set to scan for only the R3Ds?

Are some of those clips spanned clips which would change the count when combined?

Had the same Problem with Corrupt RedFiles after using a mac to copy them. Metafuze just ignored these Files.
If you have redline check the metadata of the files which are not in the list. If they are corrupt oputut should be a lot of zeros.
