Niceshoes, as leading post production facility in NYC has developed applications for internal use. We are looking to bring this application market and providing a link to download and use R2D(reformer) in order to obtain your feedback.
The tool is software based only allows one or multiple Intel based OSX systems to debayer & batch process to DPX files, along with automatically setting up Apple Compressor Jobs if required. The rendering speed is only limited by your CPU and Disk Write speed. We have obtained speeds in excess of 60Fps (4k>2k) with 3 OSX systems working in a cluster. The current trial version is fully featured and will expire later this month. EDL support is also on the way. To download the application:
