E-Sata to RED drive cable problems

I believe there is a wiring fix for the E-Sata to RED drive cable, by 'Cool Camera Gear', which only appears to work on early RED drives, not later or upgraded drives. Can anyone help as Cool Camera Gear do not respond to emails. CCG phone no.?

You're obviously way ahead of me in the R2E Cool Camera Gear frustration department. I am going to Cinegear & will call on cliftonpost.com in Hollywood, who, I'm told, instigated Cool Camera Gear. I will advise all you unhappy R2E users if that is the case (don't hold your breath - they don't reply to emails either!).
