EVF Stripes/Freezing

I tried finding this issue through the search, but I'm not finding anything.

I'm not on set with the camera right now, so I'm going off the description I've been given.

The EVF is apparently striping the image. Every other stripe is freezing. They've tried unplugging and re-plugging the cables and rebooting.

They also just upgraded it to build 30. That's the only thing I can think of that's changed between shoots.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Okay, more info. The stripes aren't frozen, they look like white noise static.

They've tried multiple cables as well.

I'm also having this problem?
Is this an issue with the evf or with the signal coming from the sensor board?
