RedcineX update for PC / SD output settings

Not sure if this has been updated or stated recently.

1. I would love a new version of Redcine X for the PC (which was announced a while back but certainly was put to the way side with all the exciting EPIC going ons). Any idea if the new version is coming up so that it will be on par with the MAC version?

2. Also, is there an easy way to output footage to SD for editing in Adobe Premiere CS4? I have a Red Rocket and I'm not sure the best export settings in RedcineX so that I can convert and edit in Premiere for SD editing. I would like to do a first light in RedcineX and add titles, etc. in Premiere.

My computer is a 64Bit Intel Xeon CPU with 2.27 GHz and 3.00 GB Ram.

I'm using RedcineX v. 194 windows.
