    I have all the new plug-ins and updates, still my MX footage is green in Premiere Pro CS5. What am I doing wrong?

    To me this sounds like corrupt frames that cause the green images and make it impossible for the software to read the file. Only way I know is to transcode around the corrupt frames to DPX with redrocket.
    I hope someone knows another cause for this issue.
    Otherwise I'm really getting concerned of the mass of posts on this board about corrupt frame issues.
    @RED: like I stated before... I can't believe that suddenly al our CF card readers, drives an cables went bad. It's time to take it serious IMO

    Frames are ok, looks good in REDcine and QT, so it seems to be a PP problem.

    Are you using the latest plugins from Adobe? Any time MX files are viewed with software coded for the original M chip, the image has a green tint to it.

    Hi Oliver

    I solved it by removing the beta plugins, and then reinstalling them. Also remove the QT plugin and reinstall it too.

    Encode to codec that your NLE can read for the time being if you are in rush
