Does anyone know about a bug or what may be going on?

Shot Build 30.5, 4K HD, Redcode 42, 24fps, 23.98 base, 500 iso. Shots 6, 7 and 8 played back in camera 1 time and never again. Tried RCX and they played back black.

Shots before and after are just fine. No error warnings on camera.

    Any Ideas?

    Cheers,
    Dave Weber

Well I guess this is not happening for anyone else. Glad to hear (or not hear) that!

Try a forum search with the keyword corrupt.
You may have corrupt frames and because this happens so often recently everyone s tired to respond. I did because I felt the pain and am waiting for a sollution to avoid this. Hopefully I'm wrong, but possibly not...

In past builds there was a metadata bug whereby the rushes showed up black because exposure appeared as 0.

In Redcine X try the color/exposure/saturation sliders and see if the image pops back......

Yes a previous bug would set metadatas R G B gain values to zero.
Try to set them back in RCX.
