  1. #1 Build 30.6.0 Record Error 
    On set today and so far have had 2 record errors per camera, screen dims, when it comes back up just hit record again and it records fine. Hadn't seen this too much with 30.5.0. Is anyone else having this problem a lot with build 30.6.0?

    Have you contacted RED tech support and sent them a camera error LOG file?

    M-X or regular Mysterium Nathan? Haven't had any errors on 30.6.0 here using M-X camera.

    Go into SYSTEM - SETUP - MAINTENANCE - WRITE LOG (and have media attached for it to write to).

    Reading the manual

    System>Setup>Maintenance>Write Log

    WRITE LOG

    Select to write camera’s .LOG file to the REDFLASH CF card, RED-DRIVE or RED-RAM magazine. The
    .LOG file is a diagnostic tool that can assist RED with camera troubleshooting. After capture, upload the
    .LOG file to the RED customer service team contactable at www.RED.com/support.
