Has anyone run into trouble with Premiere CS5 saying that the file is unsupported or damaged file? This is what is taking place on my beast of a pc, yet I have no issue with it on my little Imac at home. I was under the impression that r3d is supposed to be native in Premiere and After FX in the CS5 release. Is it a mac vs pc issue or am i missing a piece of the puzzle on my pc that is a non issue on my mac? Please HELP!!!

Try updateting to the latest version 5.02, this should take care of your issue.

any chance you have unicode characters in your path? This works on the mac not on win.

Hey guys thanks for the quick reply to my question, i will take a look at it when i get back in front of the pc. It does have unicode characters in it. Is there a way to change that so that the pc will read it?

Nope sorry but the unicode path issue was a RED sdk bug. Rob fixed it for us and we have a fix in house but it isn't ready to go out yet. Can you put the red files in a different folder without unicode chars?

    Cheers
