    Good find Lowkus.

    The English on that pdf is atrocious - a great example of making something unnecessarily hard to read and understand!

    So as I understand it, Red Ones would "be deemed as Video Camera Recorders (Camcorders)". That's probably a bad thing in terms of making it more expensive to import into the EU? Dang it! :-(

    It says this applies only to cameras where the duration of a single sequential video recording is 30 minutes or more. With 8 GB CF recording this criterion is not met. So it's simply a "digital camera" and not a "camcorder".

    Actually, as we are splitting the R3D files on a 2GB chunk, max sequential record time is much less still.... Depending on how you want to play the definition game.
