    Hey guys,
I have a problem with REDCINE-X 339 and the export options.

When I go to the export settings with the "+" button and choose the QT format I can`t use the "Setup" button beside it. I can click the "Setup" button (and it turns orange) - but there is no popup menu as with tiff or other formats.

Is there a way to solve this problem?
    btw: I`m using Win7 (64bit).

    Thanks a lot!
    Mo

Please make sure you have QT installed on the machine.

    Mh.
No Final Cut (...on the PC), no Quicktime Pro.
    Is QT-Pro absolutely necessary?

It used to be to encode quicktimes.

It is so long ago I didn't have it, that I don't know, but I'd think so.

Looks like that is still the case:

It does not require the pro version of qt to get the dialog to show up. The only time we have seen the dialog not show up is when QT is not installed. Please turn on verbose logging and try to open the dialog again.. then send the RCX log file to redcinex at red dot com.

okay, I`ve used the form at the left on http://www.red.com/support to report the error. Hopefully that`s okay, too.
