does anyone having this issue :
in RCX B340 importing folder of R3D file , sometime it won't load them and teh thumbnails appear as Red cross ...(see attach)

opeining the same folder sometimes it import properly just a bit of them ..and teh red "red Cross"...than i quit and reopen and reimport and it load some that previously did not...

than quit and reopen and it won't import any of them (all the thumbnails appear as Red cross ) ...
Than it load all of them...

    i mean totally random ...

it happen with M-X and M sensor ...

    any workaround?

    Thanks

Please turn on verbose logging and send a log file to redcinex at red dot com.
A system information report might also be useful -- you can create one by selecting "Save System Information" from the Help menu. Thanks!

I'm noticing this also with storm.I think it's a problem of rmd, if you delete them you can read the file again. I think they need to fix it something on rmd.

    I've had the same problems.
I also found that RCX will not open all the files in a folder.

Sometimes....It will open all accept the last one.
This really is a pain because i might not realize I am missing an exported file until later
when I am checking to see if my total number of exported clips matches my total number of clips shot.

this can b quite timeconsuming if it occurs many times at day.
