    Hi,

I've made a script which transforms Premiere Pro EDLs into eyeon Fusion flow. The PRO script creates Loaders, Dissolves, TimeSpeeds and ColorCorrector + hueCurves for fast color grading in Fusion.

You can find a free version on the microsite of the script which has limited functionality.

And here is a presentation video

I hope it will be useful for Premiere users.

Thanks Peter for creating this. Will this work with EDLs from other NLEs?

Yes it will! I plan moving to Sony Vegas Pro and add some more functionality in the future.

I've added a feature to both of the free and the Pro version which handle the Edge and Absolute timecodes stored in the EDL. You can find the free version here.

The PRO EDL importer is in beta stadium. It supports Sony Vegas Pro and Edius too. Since it is beta there is no workflow video but you can download the Users Guide form here for more information.

I've attached a picture about the UI.

    Hi all,

The topic has been sticked in the Adobe workflow group but the PRO EDL Importer supports several NLEs (Premiere Pro, EDIUS, Sony Vegas Pro...). The v1.71 importer is out now with Final Cut Pro support and other great features like:
    • You can set the start timecode of the EDL file in the script
    • The script is able to create new comp for each clip in the sequence
    • Clips can be independent on the timeline and in the flow.
    • Minor bugfixes
More info on the new website:

    Cheers,
    Peter
