  1. #1 BLINKYtm Teaser
Here's a teaser for the film I shot a while back with Max Records from Where the Wild Things Are. It was shot by Macgregor, who many of you here should know. Its been hard work, because one of the lead characters is CGI.

This looks like top notch stuff! But I think your avatar gives away too much, haha! I can't wait to see this!

    Looks good.

Sorry, already had the VFX hat on my head for something else today, some of the motion blur on Blinky didn't match with the footage he was comp'd into. OK, will take the hat off now.

Overall, I like the look. I'm a sucker for robots and can't wait to see it!

...Ruairi, your avatar is finally put into context. :)

Hey dude, not quite sure what you mean - every shot is 180 degree shutter angle, and so is every render... should match...?

Sorry, didn't mean to pick nits. It's a vector thing, not a shutter speed thing. And I was unintentionally being an ass. Didn't even know what tools were being used at the time or anything else about the project and yet I was picking flies out of my butt over an issue that still plagues $100M Hollywood blockbusters. Sorry.

Can't wait to see this. Is it a short film or a feature?
