The Brain is the default part of the Brain. Just like on the Red One, the side recording module has always been extra.. be it CF or SSD.

This was the post that made a lot of people (someone else pointed me to it) think that SSD was now part of the brain and not an add-on

So it should be clarified when new literature is put out that SSD is a mandatory add-on for $1500.

A few questions, slightly revised from my earlier, now buried post.

1. So this is an entirely separate purchase than my EpicX #27 stage 2 that I have my deposit on? Meaning I could buy an Epic-M in Dec (or Jan) and then also get my Stage 2 #27 in Feb?

2. What modules are available with this? Or is it effectively just brain and a side handle?

3. For someone in my place (<100 #), EpicM sounds like literally just a 30 day advantage (Jan instead of Feb), am I reading that right?
