Especially the titanium option. A pair of these for 3D work? Unparalleled. [rimshot]

I bet that at least 30 of these will go to The Hobbit

It changes every day, but is always the same: research for Equilibrium.
I believe that the Image, as the language of Cinema, is formed by the conflict and harmony of the two different elements of life: Light and Darkness.
Trying to find an Equilibrium between these two opposite forces as I visualize different stories, becomes — every day — the reason for my creative effort.

I wouldn't be surprised if those thirty haven't already been built as the +13s. That is probably what gave Jim the idea to offer handbuilts to RED customers.
One camera is a shoot... two or more is a production.

Especially with the complex nature of 3d rigs that require singular communication between two cameras. It might be a problem if some are missing essential circuity.
Please don't try to guess what is going on here... someone might actually believe you know what the story is. :-)

The Hobbit doesn't start principal photography until early next year.
