New iso plate for raid.

Looks nice.

If that's a Manfrotto Nanoclamp I find that it's impossible to easily tighten them enough so that they don't slip on my 19mm rods. This is mainly because of their point contact - the Element Technica clamps are true 19mm diameter circular, so contact is full circumference - much greater, but even, clamping force.
