Lines in footage

I was reviewing the footage from last nights shoot when i noticed the last few clips had lines in the footage. I booted the camera and noticed these lines are on the viewfinder now as well. I tried a black shading calibration and they are still there.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Its sunday and I am out of the country so any input would be appreciated.
