Hey Red Users...

This here is my first contracted commercials. We Shot RED--MX and it went like a dream. Shot six spots in 2 and half days and her e they are. Have to say... There is nothing the RED MX cant do... LOVE IT!!!

these are great as well man. congratulations.

there are a couple little movements in the actors in some of the still shots, could be solved by vfx... but, whatever, it works all the same!

i also like the overall approach and concept. it's poignant and intellectual. it doesn't look down on anyone, just talks realistically. i've seen a lot of campaigns that are absolutely counter-productive, because they don't understand the psychological analysis of the target audience. telling someone they are a helpless victim encourages them to be that. telling them the truth helps them find it.

Paul-- I wrote the spots as well, I agree... Talking down to teens is mistake number one. We held a screening recently and they we're very well received. Should be on the air next month up here in Canada.

Omar-- Thanks for the nice words. Means a lot. I am pretty sure I know what we used, but would rather tell you exactly what we used-- I'll hear back from my DP shortly and tell you.
