I was wondering if it perhaps might be a better idea with using EFI strings?
It should be possible for the installer to detect the cards through ioreg and generate a EFI string on the fly. I could never get the DSDT file to work, but with the right EFI string everything (atleast the graphic cards) works perfect.

I might be able to whip up a quick python script for doing that...

    Sounds great!

I also decided to build a similar system, though it is almost impossible to find new GTX 470 cards; most I found are second hand and coming from intense gamers, probably from smoke filled rooms... :(
The issue is that one needs 3 identical cards for a working rig and if one fails, things will go pear shape big time, especially if in the middle of project, or client session.

    @ Luigi,

I know you are very busy, but I am not clear if the new Machete v2 supports the new, readily available, GTX 570 cards.

    Thank you,
