I thought I would start a thread asking what your personal or business Rental policies are? What paperwork do you require? Do you take deposits and require insurance? Do you insist being on set with your gear? Do you personally accept credit cards? I think a continuing resource for people who rent out their gear would be helpful all around.

Curious about this as well. Once I have my Epic I will be starting to rent very selectively and want to know what others' (with experience) protocols are.
