Sorry David, but parts of this looks very familiar. We pitched a project entitled "Peace" at the Banff television HDTV pitchfest and won. We currently have completed shooting the first leg of this project in a number of countires. We intend to film in 30 more countries once our Reds comes out. We have supporters from the United Nations to Nobel Peace Prize Laureates to a score from renowned musicians like Loreena McKennitt and many others. David, glad we have a similar mission, though I sure hope this is not the same story. Perhaps we should talk.

I have additional questions about this project:
1) What are the sound requirements? Mono/Stereo, certain microphone models?
2) Who will identify where the crews should shoot? And if it's on privately owned property who is going to get the permissions?
3) How often will content be needed?
4) Will model releases be necessary? If yes, forget about shooting public markets.
5) In regards to the rate card, you say "This is for our post startup when we have revenue and can afford to pay our crews!". Does that mean you currently have no financial backing and want the work to be done for free?

Hi Curran, Yes it will most definitely be an IPTV type of service. I'm also looking at firms like Vividas, Vircas, and BlastIPTV.

Hello, I am really interested in your project. I think you have a great idea for bringing cultures together and breaking down barriers.

I am also really interested in the emerging IPTV technology and I checked out the three IPTV companies you posted.

All three companies boast that they can deliver High Definition Full screen streamed video. That's an impressive statement, but at that point, the bandwidth requirements become an issue. Who wants to pay for all that bandwidth, right? It seems the difference is that the first two companies can do it with "only" 1.2mbps and 3.5mbps respectively. However, Blastiptv.com says they only need 100kbps to stream HD quality video. That's a huge difference in bandwidth charges. Why do other companies need 10 to 30 times as much bandwidth to do the same thing that Blastiptv.com can do??
