  1. #1 Loosing timeline viewer
    Hi,
    I've been working with TORM for a couple of weeks now and the interface related problem I face the most is when in the EDIT workspace I often close the timeline viewer (the window that displays the result of the timeline) and I often have to restart the app the get it back.

    Same here.
    When I use the timeline, I keep loosing the images in the viewer. It's as if it's stuck on a freeze frame.

    Hi Guys, you should be able to double click on the Timeline icon:

    'Production' -> '<production_name>' -> 'Timelines' -> '<timeline_name>'

    ...if it's been closed accidentally and need to re-open it.

    Craig, also check which tab on the Viewer is active. It's possible to have a Timeline view open but be looking at a regular Viewer rather than a Timeline Viewer.

    thanks,
    Dan
