New At RED; How to Relink Red Raw files?

I have a project that needs the RED Files relinked. Can anyone guide me through this process.

What editing program are you using?
What program do you wish to reconnect to?

There is a 3rd party program that in my opinion is the best for just about every red camera post solution including conforming from offline proxies to online r3d files called clipfinder.
