    Not a complaint really... more of a question

    1. Why do we have to go thru our BOMB rep to add and delete items from our cart?

    2. Why do orders I placed and later cancelled stay in the cue?

    3. Items Ive bought and have been shipped still say "Open Orders"

    Chris Ragsdale has been great getting things in place for me and said the site is still BETA...

    4. but why not give us 100% control over our cart like 99.999% of other vendors stores? Actually I dont know any other store that works like your cart... whats the point?

    thanks and again, not a complaint, more of an annoyance - and constructive criticism. :)

    Tim, when you say "cart", there is the ability to adjust qty for each in your cart or just delete them all (trash can to the right in image).

    I am confused if you are talking about your account section or your shopping cart... Can you just email me at brent - at - red - dot - com so I can understand exactly what you are looking at.

    Sorry. Yes, I meant for placed orders... in our account. the whole history is there and its confusing when the items I bought still say "Open Order"

    I also forgot to address... PAYMENT USING FUNDS ON ACCOUNT.

    I have a positive balance, and expect to wire more funds soon and it sure would be handy to have a 3rd choice.

    USE FUNDS ON ACCOUNT. Right now we have to email bomb squad rep and then wait for him to reply. Then confirm that request and its a bit cumbersome.

    I wanted to buy a red charger and want to pay the full amount in one transaction, but the site wants me to place deposit of 10 % rather than giving the option for full payment.

    This is annoying as I am in Australia, I would like to have least currency exchange and bank fees as possible. I alos have funds in credit on my account so the above post suggeston may be a good idea

    Any progress on the RED WEBSITE account section?

    Orders I cancelled are still showing OPEN
    Orders that I paid for and were shipped also say OPEN ORDER

    Its so confusing to see that stuff in your account...

    I also find it inconvenient to have to email my bomb rep to place orders and pay for stuff in the cue... know what I mean? How hard is it to add a USE FUNDS ON ACCOUNT feature?

    Are you worried about being hacked? Or is this something on the TO DO LIST and eventually will get there?

    thanks for all the hard work! The rest of the site just keeps getting better and better!

    Simplifying my ability to give you $$ would really rock ;)
